Individual therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life's harder moments, grounded in real connection, not clinical distance.
About
Personal. Present. Honest.
I got into this work because I have a sincere passion to see people become the person they truly want to be. Since then, I've spent my career working with folks from many walks of life, different experiences, backgrounds, and plans for their future. I'm now bringing that same approach to my own private practice here in North Carolina.
My focus is on anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and the harder transitions life throws at you, including relationship struggles, self-esteem, career difficulties, and coping with change. I also work with clients navigating trauma, grief, and compassion fatigue, and I offer coaching-style support for people who want practical strategies alongside emotional support.
What clients tell me most is that our sessions don't feel clinical. They feel like sitting down with someone who actually gets it. That's intentional. I bring a calm, down-to-earth, personal approach to every session. Whether you need someone to just listen, direct feedback, coping tools, or help figuring out what you actually want, I meet you where you are and work from there.
My goal isn't to hand you a generic plan. It's to understand your specific situation well enough to actually help, and to give you a space where you can be honest without worrying about being judged.
